SiLi Detectors for charged particles

APPLICATION

Registration of alpha particles with energies up to 100 MeV, beta particles with energies up to 20 MeV, gamma- and X-ray radiation fluxes in nuclear physics experiments.

FEATURES 

  • Large thickness of detectors sensitive area;
  • Possibility to operate in wide range of temperatures from – 196 °C up to + 35 °C;
  • Opportunity of operation in vacuum conditions;
  • Thin entrance window that provides low absorption of Alpha particles and high registration efficiency of low energetic Beta- and X-ray radiation;
  • Produced in different enclosures, enclosure can be adapted for construction requirements of the customer.
