1. Detector unit in a standard case TO-8 consisting of:

CZT detector crystal (5x5x1.5 mm3);

crystal of input FET;

resistor 10 GOhm (changeable) and capacitor of feed-back;

two stage Peltier cooler (PC), providing the temperature till -200C;
-
temperature sensor PТ-100.
2. Electronics unit consisting of:
- preliminary amplifier;

HV converter with bias voltage circuits adjustment for detectors electrodes;

temperature stabilisation circute for detector crystal;
-
the outer cooling system with Peltier cooler providing operability of the detector at the environmental temperature up to +60 0C.
