APPLICATION
 
Registration of X- and gamma-rays in X-Ray fluorescence and electron microprobe analysis, space science and medicine applications.
 
FEATURES 
  • possibility to work in two modes: hemispherical and drift one;
  • excellent energy resolution in wide energy range;
  • excellent temperature stability in wide temperature range up to 60 0C;
COMPLETE SET
 
1. Detector unit in a standard case TO-8 consisting of:
  • CZT detector crystal (5x5x1.5 mm3); 
  • crystal of input FET;
  • resistor 10 GOhm (changeable) and capacitor of feed-back;
  • two stage Peltier cooler (PC), providing the temperature till -200C;
  • temperature sensor PТ-100.
2. Electronics unit consisting of:
  • preliminary amplifier;
  • HV converter with bias voltage circuits adjustment for detectors electrodes;
  • temperature stabilisation circute for detector crystal;
  • the outer cooling system with Peltier cooler providing operability of the detector at the environmental temperature up to +60 0C.
